Welcome to the Yoga Nidra Bundle.

In these 3 sessions of Yoga Nidra, I will be guiding you through deep relaxation guided meditations.

Choose based on your time, desired outcome or highest calling.

Alternately, simply follow each in the given order the first time, and carry on practicing based on your preference.

I highly recommend to prepare yourself by finding a comfortable space where you can lie down and let go fully.

Please feel free to use any props (blankets, bolsters, eye masks, pillows, etc ) to support yourself, and dim the lights if possible. You will be able to reach your highest self, surrender, and welcome back home.
